Where Emerging Talent Meets the Future of Business

The Worksploring Future of Work Lab brings together a select cohort of 20 hand-selected university students and forward-thinking corporate partners to explore the forces reshaping how, where and why people work. The Lab examines talent, artificial intelligence, flexibility, worker mobility and the future of distributed work through practical, business-driven collaboration.

Participating companies bring a real workforce challenge or strategic question to the Lab. These challenges might address attracting emerging talent, improving hybrid work, adopting AI, strengthening employee mobility, developing future-ready skills or reimagining the employee experience.

Students work together to research each challenge, identify emerging behaviors and develop an outside-in perspective. They bring fresh thinking, digital fluency and the expectations of the next generation of talent—insights that can be difficult to uncover through traditional consulting or internal planning.

Corporate partners engage directly with the cohort through focused briefings, discussions and feedback sessions. The commitment is intentionally efficient—approximately 90 minutes across the program—while still providing meaningful access to students and their work.

Each partner receives a concise, presentation-ready readout with key findings, recommendations and actionable ideas. The work can also support recruiting, employer-brand content and thought leadership while giving companies early visibility into promising emerging talent.

For students, the Lab provides experience addressing real business problems, collaborating in a distributed environment and presenting recommendations to senior leaders. For partners, it creates an agile and cost-effective window into the workforce that is coming next—not as a theoretical exercise, but as a source of practical intelligence and new ideas.
