Worksploring is looking for a sales representative to help bring our platform to companies around the world. This position is ideal for anyone that has sold SaaS in to an HR department. This is a performance only position with healthy commissions and unlimited upside, making it an ideal side hustle or freelance opportunity. Six figure commission checks are within reason.

Qualifications

• University degree and 2+ years work experience in sales or a sales-related role (ideally in B2B SaaS)
• Track record of exceeding expectations and sales targets in previous roles
• Solid understanding of Employee Benefits and HR performance metrics
• Exceptional attention to detail, initiative, and persuasive written and verbal communication skills
• A credible, professional presence, outstanding demonstration and presentation skills, and a track record of presenting successfully to senior level executives and business professionals
• A firm understanding of what it takes to maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Previous experience in HR solution sales

Responsibilities

• Working with leads from our marketing efforts and driving new interest with thoughtful prospecting, you will focus on promoting the value of our platform
• Ensure our solution aligns with their business needs
• You will proactively reach out to organizations to demonstrate the value of our data and insights
• You will be provided with marketing materials as well as the narrative and our value proposition to help you succeed.
• Effectively qualifying prospects and moving them through the sales pipeline
• Implementing new strategies and programs for outbound sales activities to drive demand
• Successfully negotiating contracts with new and existing clients
• Managing and tracking your leads and opportunities in our CRM system.
