We’re hiring a B2B Lead Gen & Email Specialist to help support our lead generation efforts and scale our outbound.
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Wholistically run email outbound by list building, writing copy, replying, and supporting booking calls.
- Source potential leads, clean cold lead lists, campaign segment lists, and prep any details before outreach.
- Set up and implement automation tools to support the CRM and sales workflow.
In your first 60 days, you might:
- Build lead lists, master the ICP, understand the process, and hit the daily targets.
- Send outbound through instantly.ai and reply to prospects daily.
- Build simple automation workflows using Make.com that help your process.
In your first 120 days, you might:
- Develop standard processes and techniques that help us scale our outreach
Key Requirements We’re Looking For
- 2 years experience in B2B lead generation specifically related to lead qualification.
- Can maintain minimum daily targets and report on weekly metrics.
- You can set up and maintain Make.com automations.
- You know instantly.ai inside and out.

These skills aren’t a necessity, and our eventual successful candidate may not possess them – but they’ll help you stand out:
- You’ve worked in the tech sector. Our clients are funded; Seed, Series A, and B startups. They thrive at the heart of the US tech sector and you’ll succeed best if you understand the nuances of these companies.
- You know your way around Instantly (most important), Make and Click-up (least important).
- You can find high-value leads through outside-of-the-box approaches. Not all great contacts come prepackaged in nice databases, some high-value leads need a manual touch.
- You’ve worked with a team that’s scaled outreach to more than 1000 new contacts per day. While the daily tasks are key, we hope to work with an individual who’s experienced to take on more responsibility as we grow.

- You’re autonomous. You thrive on solving problems and want autonomy to solve them your way.
- You’re not new to B2B Lead Gen. While we can teach you our secret sauce, you’ll do best in this role if you already have experience (and opinions).
- You’re a doer. You move fast and don’t spend too long fretting over every detail before getting to work.
- You’re organized. With complex workflows, there are always several problems to solve and changes in play. You’re comfortable organizing your own tasks and putting processes in place to make sure you don’t drop the ball.
- You have an eye for detail. We make frequent changes across campaigns and strategies, so an eye for detail is essential to keep our outreach functioning.
