We are looking for a Senior PHP Engineer who will help us implement new features and maintain our growing product, MailerSend. Join us now! 🚀

• Develop new features and maintain MailerSend to meet evolving product and customer needs

• Work on a high-load system, handling millions of emails per hour and ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability

• Optimize and modernize the platform by integrating new technologies while maintaining stability

• Collaborate with multiple teams to resolve technical challenges and improve overall system performance

• Balance long-term improvements with daily operational tasks

• 6+ years of experience with PHP, JavaScript and HTML

• Experience with at least one of these frameworks: ReactJS or VueJS

• Working knowledge of Laravel

• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git

• Ability to write and optimize complex SQL queries

• Knowledge of Redis and queues

• Ability to write clean code with test coverage and ability to build scalable applications

• Self-starter with an investigative mindset for thinking out of the box

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English

• Familiarity with other languages is a bonus (NodeJS, Golang, Ruby)

• Based within the EMEA region

• Yearly gross salary range: $50,000-$80,000
