Integreon Intermediate: Business Development Support Specialist

Supports client engagement and brand positioning by managing high-quality communications, client events, CRM data, and content creation. 

• Maintain client action plans, CRM records, and engagement metrics. 

• Coordinate client events, including materials and follow-up. 

• Draft/edit client-facing materials (bios, pitches, newsletters, social posts). 

• Support internal/external BD communications. 

• Conduct research on clients and competitors. 

• Work with digital and communications teams to ensure message alignment. 

• Strong copywriting and editing skills. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing platforms. 

• Excellent organization and time management. 

• Collaborative team player with attention to detail.
