To find and convert business owners and high net worth individuals to Elkridge Advisors’ M&A Services on a monthly basis. 

1. Embraces all of Elkridge Advisors’ Core Values.

2. Uses Alvanda and other tools to keep track of all stakeholders.

3. Identifies workflow improvement areas and suggests process improvements.

4. Ensures each stakeholder access to the tools, folders, and data they need.

5. Acts as a point of contact for all prospects they are responsible for.

6. Attains and keeps current a deep understanding of every aspect of Elkridge Advisor’s M&A Department.

7. Ensures all Service Level Agreements are met, identifies SLA improvement areas, and suggests process improvements.

8. Ensures all qualified Prospects reach a signed engagement swiftly and professionally.

9. Drafts Agreements from our templates for each Prospect and sends them for review.

The KPIs by which your performance will be determined. Measured weekly.

1. # of New Elkridge Clients

2. $ of New Elkridge Clients

1. A Google Workplace account and an @elkridgeadvisors.com email address.

2. Access to relevant Elkridge Advisors Group Operations Manuals.

3. Access to relevant Elkridge Advisors Google Drive Acquisition Operations Folders, and eventually online Acquisition CRM and software (Alvanda.com).

4. Access to all relevant chat and other communication channels.

1. Up to 10% of all generated income. 

1. For a $10M company, that is typically $20,000.

2. In other words, just 1 sale per month brings you $240,000/year. 

2. As your competence grows, you will be able to generate more or more business flow, and your income will keep growing without an upper limit.

3. M&A Specialists with a cumulative track record of over $1Billion as mentors.

4. Can work from anywhere on the planet.

5. Can work on whatever timezone they prefer.
