About the Role
We are seeking a talented Machine Learning Operations Engineer (MLOps) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the operations and management of our machine learning models, including YOLO-based object detection and various Vision-Language Models (VLMs) such as Qwen and Gemini. You will play a critical role in fine-tuning models, cleaning and annotating data, and testing new models to ensure optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and operationalize machine learning models, including YOLO-based object detection and Vision-Language Models (VLMs).
- Fine-tune models to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Clean, annotate, and preprocess data for model training and evaluation.
- Test and validate new models to ensure they meet performance benchmarks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy models into production environments.
- Monitor and maintain model performance in real-world applications.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in MLops, computer vision, and AI technologies.
About You:
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field from a top university.
- Experience: Proven experience in MLops, including managing and deploying machine learning models.
Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Python programming.
- Hands-on experience with object detection models (e.g., YOLO) and Vision-Language Models (e.g., Qwen, Gemini).
- Familiarity with data cleaning, annotation, and preprocessing techniques.
- Experience with model fine-tuning and performance optimization.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
