What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage development projects from conception to deployment.
- Develop and maintain web applications, automation tools, and integrations.
- Work on Zoho ecosystem, CRM, and ATS integrations, as well as custom AI-powered automation solutions.
- Build and optimize APIs, databases, and front-end user interfaces.
- Collaborate with our team to improve internal processes and customer experiences.
- Ensure security, scalability, and performance in all applications.
✅ Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, React, Python, and SQL.
✅ Strong experience with API development and integrations (REST, GraphQL, Webhooks, Zoho API, Wise API, etc.).
✅ Familiarity with Zoho ecosystem, Google Workspace, CRM and ATS software is a big plus.
✅ Experience with automation tools and AI integrations.
✅ Ability to manage projects, set priorities, and work independently.
✅ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
✅ Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
