What this role is about

Your job is to grow our pool of content creators in a smart, scalable way.

We work with creators across different countries, languages, ages, and content styles. This role makes sure we always have the right creators available when projects come in — without scrambling at the last minute.

You are not recruiting creators one by one for projects. You are building the system that brings creators to us continuously.

What you will do

• Decide what types of creators we need more of (by country, language, age, style, platform)

• Build reliable ways to attract creators at scale:

  • Partnerships with creator communities, schools, agencies, and platforms

  • A clear “For Creators” page and application flow

  • Paid ads and casting-call style campaigns aimed at creators

• Run weekly creator acquisition campaigns based on current needs

• Make sure new creators meet basic quality standards before they enter our system

• Help structure and organize creator data so teams can easily find the right profiles

• Work closely with creative, operations, and community teams to fix supply gaps before they become problems

• Track simple performance metrics like:

  • Cost to acquire a creator

  • Conversion rates (visit → apply → approved)

  • How fast we can fill creator needs internally

What you will not do

• You will not chase individual creators for specific client projects

• You will not manage contracts, payments, or production logistics

• You will not act as a day-to-day community manager

This role operates at the system and growth level, not daily execution.

What we’re looking for

• Experience growing talent pools, creator networks, or marketplaces

• Strong understanding of funnels, acquisition channels, and conversion tracking

• Comfortable working with data, but not obsessed with jargon

• Able to build partnerships and long-term relationships

• Organized thinker who can plan ahead instead of reacting late

• Clear communicator who works well across teams

How success is measured

• We have more creators available where demand is highest

• Fewer last-minute sourcing emergencies

• Lower cost and faster time to get verified creators

• Higher quality and reliability from new creators entering the system
