Role Overview: We’re seeking a driven and results-oriented Creator Partnership Coordinator (CPC) to join our global team. The CPC plays a crucial role in sourcing, negotiating, hiring, and managing content creators to produce outstanding UGC for our clients.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify, recruit, and negotiate partnerships with top content creators to fulfill specific project needs.

• Leverage sales skills to pitch opportunities effectively and secure high-quality creator collaborations.

• Manage communication between content creators and internal teams to ensure clarity of project objectives and seamless delivery.

• Monitor project timelines and ensure creators adhere strictly to deadlines and quality standards.

• Oversee administrative tasks such as contracting, payments, and compliance with agreements.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with content creators to promote long-term partnerships.

• Collaborate closely with Creator Partnership Managers and Production Managers for alignment and ongoing quality assurance.

Who You Are:

• 2+ years experience in sales, recruitment, influencer management, or creator partnerships.

• Strong negotiation and sales skills, with the ability to secure favorable agreements with creators.

• Exceptional organizational, communication, and relationship-management skills.

• Comfortable operating within a dynamic, remote-first agency environment.

• Proficiency in project management tools (Monday.com, Notion, Slack, etc.) to optimize operational efficiency.

• Proactive problem solver with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Bonus Points If You:

• Have previous experience working specifically with User-Generated Content or digital content creators.

• Understand the digital content creation and performance marketing landscapes.

• Have experience in international recruitment or global talent management.
