Remote Work Specialist

Worksploring is looking for a Remote Work Specialist to assist customers with a variety of remote work needs. This position involves leveraging internal and external information to meet customer requests when it comes to a variety of remote work topics. 

Responsibilities include:

+Ability to research different partner offerings, competitors, and a variety of data points

+Superior writing and grammar skills

+Ability to improve upon our product 

+Basic knowledge of web platforms and content formatting

+The ability to put forth an engaging product users find valuable

+Proof reading is a must as is quality control

+Ability to quickly react to necessary content changes

Key Deliverables:

+Create and implement the Employee Pilot Program including onboarding employees  

+Create messaging for onboarding with the ability to identify product gaps and improve process

+Create and maintain a thriving online community that is active and engaged

+Create and manage the Worksploring Creator Program (membership level & perks for creators)

+Consistency of content, tone, and brand voice across all pages

+Competitive insights and product recommendations

COMPENSATION
As a startup, we are still navigating the most strategic and advantageous paths forward when it comes to capitalizing the business. All employees are independent contractors and thus receive a 1099. As a company focused on remote work, we feel it is important to reinforce a structure that provides freedom and a better work life balance. Payment terms and arrangements are based on revenues and will be mutually agreed upon beforehand. 

The Community Manager project scope is outlined below with compensation consideration that is to be mutually agreed upon.

+Creation of The Employee Pilot Program with client-facing materials 

+Creation of and management of the Worksploring onboarding process 

+Percentage of revenue to be agreed upon prior to job acceptance
