We Are Hiring

We are seeking an experienced and visionary marketing leader to drive the strategic development, execution, and ownership of Claravine’s global marketing positioning as the premier authority in Data Standards. This role encompasses the oversight and integration of all core marketing functions, including Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, Demand Generation, Account Based Marketing, PR, Events & Communication.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Marketing Team Leadership, Strategy & Annual Plan
    • Develop and drive the overall marketing strategy at Claravine to ensure alignment with business goals and opportunities.
    • Deliver an annual marketing plan, outlining key initiatives, goals, and metrics.
    • Ensure that the execution of the marketing plan is on track and adjust as necessary to meet evolving business needs and market conditions.
  • Long-Term Marketing Vision
    • Develop and execute against a longer-term marketing vision that supports sustained growth and market leadership.
    • Identify and capitalize on emerging trends and opportunities to drive long-term success.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the marketing team to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Strategic Narrative, Messaging, and Positioning:
    • Lead the development and optimization of our positioning and messaging for market, company, platform, and products.
    • Equip revenue-carrying teams with messaging, sales strategies, materials, tools, and market knowledge to increase close rates, competitor win rates, and Average Contract Value (ACV).
    • Equip partners and channels with the necessary materials, programs, training, and support to succeed in selling Claravine.
    • Develop messaging and deploy through all market-facing communication touchpoints, including the website, sales messages, events and social content, etc.
    • Optimize pricing and packaging strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, and deal size.
    • Advance our category design and leadership within the industry.
  • Deep Product Expertise
    • Collaborate closely with Product leadership to maintain a deep understanding of our products and product plans.
    • Partner with Sales Engineering and Product Management on the creation, design, and enablement of product demos.
    • Ensure all product marketing management activities are covered by a thorough knowledge of our products.
  • Content Strategy & Thought Leadership:
    • Develop and execute against a content strategy that supports our GTM goals and company initiatives
    • Address each stage of the buyer’s journey, both online and offline, from awareness to decision.
    • Create event presentations, write compelling articles, and brief decision-makers to solidify our position as The Data Standards Company.
    • Be a voice of Claravine in the marketplace at key events
    • Develop and manage analyst relationships
  • Demand Generation:
    • Oversee demand generation functions to drive complete prospect and customer journeys across channels.
    • Develop strategies to accelerate pipeline velocity and increase conversion rates at each stage.
    • Own achievement and reporting of core metrics; establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of demand generation efforts.
    • Drive decision-making based on detailed performance reporting, competitive benchmarks, and strategic considerations
    • Implementation of an account-based marketing program supported by an integrated data and marketing automation solution
    • Responsible for the overall performance and efficiency of all demand gen activities and outcomes

 

Qualifications

Proven success in establishing, leading, and scaling marketing functions for B2B SaaS companies, including recruiting and developing a team.
Successful management of a Marketing P&L, overseeing all marketing investments and discretionary spend
Experience in designing a successful inbound marketing strategy focused on enterprise marketing customers and agencies.
Experience with ABM and ABX strategies
Exceptional communication, storytelling, and positioning skills.
Deep understanding of product marketing, demand generation, customer marketing, events, and marketing operations.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
