Key Responsibilities

• Own onboarding from kickoff to integration

• Ensure every new hire feels clarity, culture, and momentum from day one

🚀 Growth Coach & Performance Partner

• Support team members with personalized growth plans

• Drive feedback cycles, 1:1s, and performance reviews

👥 Culture & Retention Architect

• Improve team retention with systems, rituals & feedback loops

• Build a magnetic culture people don’t want to leave

💡 Hiring & Process Builder

• Write job descriptions, manage recruiting pipelines, lead interviews

• Build HR systems that scale smoothly

Requirements

• 5+ years in HR, People Ops, or team coaching

• Experience in remote teams or fast-scaling companies

• Tools: Notion, Slack, Typeform, Airtable, Make (nice to have)

• High emotional intelligence, radical candor, bias for action
