Partner Program Manager

The Global Program Manager, Partner Marketing works closely with the marketing leads of one of our biggest tech clients. This person will help track and execute campaigns across OEM & Channel partners for GenAI related campaigns and work cross-functionally to manage approvals for content that can be featured in their campaigns. Additionally they will support reviews, localization & approvals of the OEM & Channel marketing campaign assets across the funnel (i.e. including video, social, retail, OOH, blog posts and more) ensuring campaign readiness.The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and strong interest in understanding the dynamics of partner marketing, co-marketing and rolling out GenAI at scale.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities: 

  • Project manage across the team to ensure Global co-marketing deliverables are on track
  • Work with partner and marketing stakeholders to manage review/approval process
  • Manage the lead times and communication with partners and stakeholders accordingly
  • Ensure that all deliverables and assets adhere to current approval processes and/or brand guidelines respectively
  • Communicate creative feedback back to the partner in a timely and concise manner across different time zones
  • Where applicable, help manage the localization of partner assets across a multitude of languages and countries, coordinating with the local teams throughout the process 
  • Lead asset management for the immediate team across projects
  • Create operational efficiencies and influence cross functional teams to adopt best practices

Qualifications

Required qualifications: 

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally within a diverse community of technical and nontechnical audiences
  • Excellent project management skills, with ability to define and track multiple simultaneous projects and deliverables, execute within timelines and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Strong problem solving and organisational skills 
  • Experience working with agencies and vendors
  • Bachelor’s degree. In lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience (min 5 years).

Proactive, Time Management, Organization, Detail-Oriented 

 

The ideal candidate will: 

  • Have experience working with phone OEMs and/or telcos, with strong acumen of the mobile smartphone industry. 
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and work on multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic and constantly evolving context. 
  • Demonstrate strong communication and cross-functional skills, and the ability to review marketing assets for accuracy and provide constructive creative feedback
  • Have completed coursework in marketing, advertising, business, journalism, or communications. Ideally having received a degree in one of these fields and/or have 5+ years of relevant work experience. 
  • Be familiar with online marketing tools and strategies
