Worksploring helps people and organizations explore a more flexible, connected future of work through travel, experiences, partnerships, and digital products. We’re looking for a dependable, design-minded person to keep our website current and improve how clearly it presents our offerings.

The role
This is a limited, hands-on role focused primarily on regular website updates. You’ll maintain site content and visuals, make straightforward design improvements, and help ensure visitors can easily understand Worksploring and take the next step.

Responsibilities
Update website copy, images, links, offers, partner information, and announcements.

Make routine page and layout updates while maintaining a consistent visual style.
Improve the site’s clarity, navigation, mobile experience, and key visitor journeys.
Check forms, links, and calls to action, and flag issues that need technical support.

Work with the founder to prioritize updates based on current business and marketing needs.

Suggest practical design or usability improvements that can be completed within the limited weekly hours.

Qualifications
Experience maintaining and updating business websites.

Some web design experience and a strong eye for layout, typography, imagery, and visual consistency.

Comfortable working in a website content management system or site builder.

Able to make routine updates independently and communicate clearly about timing and issues.

Basic knowledge of responsive design and website usability.

Familiarity with SEO, analytics, or design tools such as Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Cloud is helpful. Basic HTML/CSS experience is a plus.

Time commitment and compensation
The expected commitment is approximately 3–5 hours per week. Compensation is revenue share only; there is no hourly rate or fixed salary. The revenue-share percentage, eligible revenue, attribution method, duration, and payment schedule will be agreed in writing before work begins.
