Leads all aspects of the account and team from client strategy and performance to financials within an agency.

Client Relationship & Influence:

• Internal client expert

• Business-level point of escalation

• Positioned to persuade the client toward the right decisions

• Can build instant rapport with key client contacts and gain trust early on

Financial & SOW Management:

• Builds, recommends, and negotiates SOWs and retainer models

• Drives proactive SOW/MSAs, renewals, and negotiations

• Accountable for profitability goals

Industry Knowledge & Business Growth:

• Comprehensive expertise of trends applied to the client’s business

• Proactively grows/expands existing business

• Partners with New Business team on RFP responses and agency pitches

Leadership & Team Management:

• Is willing to take calculated risks to achieve goals

• Produces a real-time perspective and proactively preserves client satisfaction at all times

• Anticipates impact of internal decision (i.e., resourcing) and navigates accordingly

• Works cooperatively and respectfully with cross-agency peers to instill a seamless, productive, and positive work environment

• Sets expectations on deliverables and scope

• Manages up with informed communications

• Gives honest and constructive feedback

Execution & Problem-Solving:

• Accountable for the best quality work within budget/scope

• Identifies red flags and recommends proactive solutions

• Maintains an excellent state of client relationship for the entire cross-functional team
